Alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals
Helping accelerate progress
Medicom believes that businesses can play a key role in providing solutions to "end poverty, protect the planet, and improve the lives and prospects of everyone, everywhere," as outlined in the United Nations (UN) 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
Our business contributes to several of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Driving action to achieve these goals is a priority we actively pursue.
Furthermore, with a focus on continuous improvement, we constantly evaluate how to further implement the objectives set out in the UN's global agenda within our business.

Our Corporate Governance Structure
Responsibility management is part of our corporate governance structure, involving key individuals at all decision-making and implementation stages under the guidance of the Board of Directors.
The Board approves initiatives and decisions proposed by the Ethics Committee and regional managers.
Our CEO oversees all corporate responsibility measures within the organization, ensuring good governance through membership on the Ethics Committee.
Comprising our CEO, VP of Member & Culture, and General Counsel, the Ethics Committee handles all potential litigation (managing whistleblowers, updating policies, and reviewing gifts and hospitality given and received).
Located in Asia, Europe, and North America, each regional manager is responsible for executing the strategic vision determined by the Group and ensuring implementation in their region.
