Founded in 2007, Medicon Yilan factory is located in Lize Industrial Zone, Yilan, Taiwan, covering an area of about 22,000 square meters, serving 65 countries on five continents, focusing on the production of sterilization bags, medical and surgical masks, and automatic packaging materials, and has passed ISO 13485, CE and Taiwan GMP certification, in line with FDA standards.

Supplied to dental, medical institutions and device manufacturers, the pouch production process includes film lamination and hot compression, using environmentally friendly water-based adhesive and high-tech printing technology to ensure consistent quality. Medical masks include ear hooks and straps, with high comfort and medical-grade quality.

The factory adopts strict clean management, with air curtains and double door control pipes to avoid pollution. With a warehouse of more than 5,000 square meters, we can quickly respond to customer needs by using the SAP system to realize full traceability from raw materials to shipment, and have a one-month safety stock. In terms of annual production capacity, it has 79,200,000 meters of film roll, 95,000,000 meters of printing and 25,000,000 meters of gluing; With an annual output of 1.6 billion sterilization bags and 450 million masks, the company has adopted automated machines to improve efficiency and quality stability.
