Building Inspection for Hong Kong Public Housing

We have partnered with H3Zoom, a leading Singaporean Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) service provider, to deliver building inspection services for local government departments and major developers. One of our key clients is the Hong Kong Housing Authority (HA).
HA is the primary provider of public housing in Hong Kong. As of March 31, 2024, it manages approximately 822,423 public rental housing units, which accommodate around 2.1 million residents.
We have been commissioned by HA to conduct Small Unmanned Aircraft Inspections and apply A.I. analytical models to identify common defects in the building blocks they regularly assign to us. As our collaboration continues, we also hold regular meetings to align our definitions of defects, ensuring that we enhance our system to better meet their needs.
