• **Referrals to individual healthcare services:  Consultation(s) with a Nurse, Dietitian, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Pharmacist, and social workers

**Some assessment and medical services, including dedicated nurse clinics and allied health services, are partially subsidized by the government.

Members need to pay their co-payment for services provided by the service provider or DHC.
