We utilize drone and AI technology for automated exterior inspections. As a professional data capture company, we use various drones to capture high-resolution images and thermal data of building facades. This data is then processed by our AI platform, capable of detecting over 30 types of building and facade defects, including cracks, corrosion, and paint peeling, on surfaces such as concrete, cladding, glass, or metallic surfaces. Within about an hour, depending on data volume, a comprehensive report on the building’s condition is generated.

Our AI system provides a detailed description of each identified defect, including the defect type, severity, an enlarged image of the defect, and a proposed resolution plan.
Interior Inspector uses off-the-shelf 360 cameras to provide automated defect detection, localisation reporting within internal building spaces for
facilities management and construction site personnel to enhance quality assessment and periodic maintenance processes.
Like the Exterior Inspector, the reports generated by the Interior Inspector also contain elevation plans showing identified defects, along with detailed descriptions and proposed resolution plans for each defect.
